Diggs-Latham is a magnet school in the WSFCS Visual & Performing Arts Pathway. Students can follow this pathway from elementary, through middle, and into high school.

This year, we revamped our connection with the VPA Magnet pathway schools, rebranded our logo, and held the first annual Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Pathway Symposium. The event was held at Hanes Brands Theater in downtown Winston-Salem in conjunction with the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Arts Council for all four schools in this pathway. Parents visited our booths to gather information about each school, and students performed on stage and in balconies.
It was a treat to use this space, and the symposium was an additional way for our school to promote magnet and application season.
