A racecar driver visited our school. Zack Staley, of Zack Staley Racing, visited our school with his racecar, which is highly decorated with symbolism of Autism Acceptance and Awareness. As a school, we celebrated Autism Awareness Month in April with a Spirit Week during which we wore colors, patterns, and symbols representative of Autism Awareness. Our students were excited to meet Mr. Staley and see his car as a follow up to our recent Social and Emotional Learning Unit. Our Pre-Kindergarten students even signed their names around the symbols of Autism Awareness on his car.
Thank you Zack Staley Racing for visiting our school. Our students loved seeing your car decorated with Autism Awareness symbols.
